Getting Started - Improved Search Results

Finding what you want from a catalogue of over 30,000 products can be an obstacle in itself, which is why we've developed various search methods to enable you to find exactly what you're looking for in the quickest way and with the most relevant results.

Search Bar

When you're trying to find a product, the first place you're likely to go is the search bar. Relevancy within your search terms are one of the biggest frustrations when shopping online, so we've added some handy shortcuts when you're searching for keywords or specific types of products. All you need to do is search as normal and let our website take care of the rest with your search results. For example, if you were to search "posture chairs", this will take you straight to our filtered results of ergonomic chairs, rather than trying to look for products with "posture" or "chairs" in the title. 

Navigation Menus

Sometimes using the navigation menu is a good way to explore and come across new product categories. We've condensed everything you need to find for your business within the navigation menus into handy main categories, which are then divided up into key subcategories. An example being within "Technology" you will find "Printers & Scanners" and then within this are "Colour Laser Printers". We've presented all three stages within our navigation menu to give you a choice along every step of the way. 

Product Filtering

Our product filtering is relevant to each category section, for example within the Plain Paper category you will see relevant filters down the left side (desktop) or the filter button in the right corner if you're on mobile - such as "Colour", "Grammage" and "Size". All filters are applicable to that category so use key identifying attributes.

This is to allow fine tuning within a category to find products relevant to what you're searching for. We understand you might be looking for specific attributes on products, which is why product filtering is such a powerful tool for refining products shown within a category search.

You can also search within filtered results using the search bar provided in the "Search & Filter" panel if there's a specific product you want to find. 

Ink/Toner Finder Tool

To remove the hassle out of having to find the correct consumable for your printer model, we've introduced our intuitive ink and toner finder tool. It's simple to use and only requires 3 pieces of information: Printer Brand, Printer Family (e.g. Laser) and the Model. Once completed, you'll be taken to your correct inks and toners, which provide a choice of originals and compatibles.

Content Rich Pages

One of our most standout additions are our content rich category and product pages. We'll be providing content based around topical business subjects or particular product ranges we want to share with you.
